This task helped me to understand how artists like Tom Jones and Macklemore & Ryan Lewis designed their websites and reasons for that design. I also know now that a website should be made to fit the artist's own personality and their style of music, as this will appeal to their audiences. The difference from Macklemore's blog-like website and Jones' classical, 'neat' style.
Checklist of websites includes the following:
- Artist name
- Page names
- Picture of artist
- Links to social sites, like Facebook, Twitter and Instagram
- Posts from social websites (artist choice)
- Additional page links, e.g. Cookie Info and Privacy Policy
